About Emily:

Emily’s career as a Registered Dietitian is built on the belief that eating well to fuel our bodies can be joyful as well as thoughtful. She loves helping women learn more about their ever-changing bodies and how to eat to fuel themselves for a long, healthy life. Specializing in perimenopause and perinatal nutrition gives Emily the opportunity to help women at times when nutrition can make a big impact in how their quality of life and overall health.

Emily knows that food is more than just energy to stay alive—it is culture, and love and comfort and connection to our past, and she knows how to blend these things with small, sustainable changes to help clients feel their best.

After excelling at Rutgers and UMDNJ, she built a diverse clinical portfolio—from pediatrics and the NICU to Harvard-affiliated endocrinology practices. Whether she’s helping women through pre and post partum or perimenopause, or managing complex diabetes care, Emily integrates evidence-based science with a deep respect for her clients' individual values and goals.

Now settled in Southern Connecticut with her husband and three children, she remains driven by one goal: making a healthy lifestyle accessible and delicious for everyone. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her on the soccer sidelines, at a concert, or experimenting in her kitchen.
